TimeCache makes creating invoices a snap.
Just pick the projects you want to bill a client for and the dates to include in the invoice.
You can choose whether to include time entries, expense entries, or both. You can also tell TimeCache to produce a detailed report listing every entry, or to summarize by billing category. You can subtotal by date or billing category as well. If your billing agreement includes a retainer, there's support for that as well.
TimeCache automatically creates the invoice and shows it on screen so you can save it as a PDF file or print it with a click of the mouse. You can also save it to a TimeCache invoice file for later retrieval and editing. TimeCache lets you add adjustments to saved invoices and record payments.
New in TimeCache 9.0, you can split payments for invoices with multiple projects (matters) between the projects. Also new is a payment report which displays how much you were paid for each invoice, and breaks out those splits.
The invoice window shows all the invoices you've saved to an invoice file, with balances and dates issued. You can configure TimeCache to show old invoice listings in different colors to quickly find aging problems.
