TimeCache 7.0 makes creating invoices a snap.

Just pick the projects you want to bill a client for and the dates to include in the invoice.

You can choose whether to include time entries, expense entries, or both. You can also tell TimeCache to produce a detailed report listing every entry, or to summarize by billing category.

TimeCache automatically creates the invoice and shows it on screen so you can print it. You can save it to a TimeCache invoice file for later retrieval and editing. TimeCache lets you add adjustments to saved invoices and record payments, or even delete entries.

The invoice window shows all the invoices you've saved to an invoice file, with balances and dates issued. You can configure TimeCache to show old invoice listings in different colors to quickly find aging problems.
